At Marco Furniture, we want you to love your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all standard items in their original condition. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale items are ineligible for return unless damaged during transit.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team with your order number and photos of the item to start the return process.

    Prepare the Item

    Disassemble the furniture if necessary and place it back into its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

  • 3.
    Schedule a Pickup

    For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate with our specialized freight partners to schedule a convenient curbside collection time from your residence.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a standard 15% restocking fee.
